1. Confirm if there is power supply to PDU or Socket of the NVR
2. Confirm if the NVR plug is not detached from the NVR
3. If issue persist, escalate to Technical support team
These could be the issue;
1. NVR may not be plugged into power correctly.
2. There may be failure with the Hard-drives.

and then Add to Home Screen.
