I can't call my estate main gate

1. If calling from a 2N indoor touch, remove the leading '0' e.g. use 2414 instead of 02414
2. Confirm the problem is common on another phone in the house
3. Confirm from the estate management that there isn't a general problem
4. Confirm if the analog cable at the back of the UCM is firmly connected
5. Reboot the UCM
6. If problem persists, escalate to technical support
